Hi! I'm Jojo - a former bartender who always had a passion for good food and bold flavors.  I've worked hard my whole life and learned a little bit of everything along the way, but nothing stuck with me like making the perfect jerky!  

It all started with my brother-in-law bringing home deer from hunting trips.  My sister would turn it into jerky, and let me tell you - we couldn't get enough.  It was better than anything store-bought.  That jerky stuck with me and had me thinking:  Why not make BEEF jerky that hits like that?

I make every batch of Jojo's jerky with care, using high-quality meat, real ingredients, and bold recipes that actually taste like honest, delicious beef jerky - made right here in Ohio!
